What is the eligible criteria for retrofitted wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV)?
All retrofitted vehicles need to ensure that they have wheelchair restraints fitted on the floor of the vehicle, two at the front and two at the rear, to secure the wheelchair passenger in place. Additionally, each wheelchair seat should be equipped with a safety shoulder belt and lap belt.
What happens if I change my vehicle?
Non-eligible to an eligible vehicle: If you have yet to register, simply register through the registration form. Otherwise, please submit this form to update your service type.
Eligible to a non-eligible vehicle: The service will be removed from your account. You will be missed but don’t worry, you will still receive jobs from other services that you are eligible for!
How long is the course / training?
The session takes about 2 hours to complete with theory and practical training.

The training will be held in Grab @ Tampines located at 18 Tampines Industrial Cres, #01-12C, Singapore 528605.
How much do I need to pay to join this service?
You are not required to pay for the course fees as it is fully covered by Grab.
*However, In the event of no-show or last-minute cancellation, you will be charged the full course fee of $50 without any subsidy.
When will i be activated?
The service will be added to your account within 3 working days upon completion of training.
