All payments and activations are processed within 3 working days upon completion of training and assessment, and collection of child restraints.

Can I accept Family jobs if I am a taxi driver-partner?
Yes, Family services are available to all driver-partners, including taxis. Check out the onboarding guide below to get started.
Can I accept non-Family jobs booked by families travelling with kids?
Can I accept non-Family jobs booked by families travelling with kids?
Passengers may travel on non-Family rides when they bring their own age-appropriate child restraints.
In the absence of a child restraint, driver-partners trained on Family may provide one for a surcharge (just align with the passengers before the ride starts):
Car seat: $5 per unit used
Booster seat / belt restraint: $2 per unit used
Driver-partners who are not trained on Family services or do not have a child restraint should cancel the booking to ensure safety compliance.
