Expanded House - 3 Occupants - 150 Coins - 5 Months since Move-In Date OR 20 Interaction Evidence

✦ House Renovations are commissioned through the Architectural Guild.
✦ House Renovations do NOT have to be done in order, but their requirements DO stack!
Ex) If a Solaran has an Old House, but wants to renovate it to a Stately House, they would need ALL of the requirements in between!
This means: 240 Coins and 75 Interaction Evidence
KEEP IN MIND : If a Discount is being applied to a House Renovation, it is one Discount Submission per House Renovation. So if 2+ House Renovations are being Purchased, then multiple Discount Submissions must be submitted per Reno Level.
✦ The more Renovations a House has, the less Damage it'll sustain from Hazards and Bad Weather!
✦ Adult NPCs count as Occupants, but Child NPCs do not.
Reminder Interaction Evidence can only be used once and not doubled-up between House Renovations, Character Slots or Heart Events. See the Submissions page for more details.

With every new House Renovation, it also brings new opportunities to improve your House!
For example, some Renovations can give you the possibility of owning a Stable, which can give a Solaran an extra slot Mount slot.

✧ How To Renovate Your House
A member sends a Purchase Request via the drop-down menu found in the Submit Mail channel on the Discord server for a Renovation Commission. This will open a pop-up form to fill out.
In the form, the member will state either:
The required amount of time has passed since their last Renovation (see above)
Provide links to the required amounted of Interaction Evidence.
Provide a link to your Storage. Make sure the link is clickable!
Once the form is complete, click the Submit button. This will create a Private Mail channel with the information that you have provided.
Wait for a mod to review your request and confirm your character's House Renovation. Once you get that confirmation, congratulations! Your character is now the owner of a better house!
