In recent developments, the Adventure Guild has decided to allow Non-Recruits to Adventure!
... But what does this mean?
Essentially, any common folk can adventure so long as the requirements of the location are met (with some limitations). There are obvious bonuses for those in the actual guild as an occupation, but anyone can assist with bettering the town!
Now, Anyone can explore available locations in the Sunswept Wastes to find artifacts and relics. Areas close to Solara Veil are relatively safe, but the further someone goes, the more dangerous the Wastes would becomes. In fact, some areas have certain requirements in order to explore there, such as having a Mount Companion for example!
Note: Non-Recruits CANNOT find new locations.
Below are some of the current available locations that can be ventured to and explore.
The first time an artifact, relic, or other interesting item is found by anyone that isn't an Outlaw, it is automatically donated to the Museum.
Because of the nature of Outlaws, Anything found by them that is not in the Museum will not be accepted. The relics could be stolen, and thus will be denied from the museum. This also applies if an outlaw reforms and becomes a civilian. Anything found by an character during the time of being an outlaw will be denied.
If an artifact, relic, or other interesting item is found after its already been donated to the museum, the item can be sold for some extra coin.
The price of something that was found varies depending on its rarity and its use. The prices of any found relics can be found in the town's Museum.
If some cases, if someone wishes, they can either keep the items or gift some relics away. Fun!
Looking to get the most out of your submission? There's a few things you can do!
Of course, the Better Equipment you use, the better your chances are. Non-recruits can only use Pack Items for additional rolls only. They can be bought at your local shops.
Having a draft to help you find things will be useful. Check out the Drafts page for more information on adventure drafts.
Cameos within a piece will help boost the rolls a person can get at once, so bring some buddies for a day out! Cameos can include both Player Characters and Pokemon companions but caps at 6.
Adventurers are the backbone of the town and as such have more experience in the job. Recruits can use more tools and find new locations when exploring.
When a mount is needed, every PC in a submission must have a mount slot. (3 PCs = 3 mount slots)
Some mounts have more slot capacity due to their size. See the Mounts page for more details.
Before making an Adventuring Submission, please ensure all the criteria is met.
Be careful! Injuries can happen!
In the ticket, list all the tools used as well as what cameos are applied.
✦ Player Characters and all Cameos must be minimum 3/4 with flat colors. They must actively be adventuring as well with their tools of choice.
✦ A simple background depicting the area with 3 elements outside of the characters must also be included with flat colors.
Mods encourage creativity!
Activity Submissions are defaulted to Everyday submissions and thus cannot be used as Occupational Pieces as well UNLESS your PC is a Recruit. They also cannot be used as Heart Events.
