What is the Master Conflict Calendar?
The cast will all fill out a conflict calendar when they audition. Once the cast list is set, you will need to make a Master Conflict Calendar that includes everyone's conflicts throughout the entire show process.
This is tedious but not hard! You may want to assign an ASM to fill out the calendar or check your work.
*Pro Tip: To fit multiple items in one cell of a calendar, hit Option+Enter to create a new line.

Conflicts must be given with 2 weeks notice. School comes first, so school conflicts like tutoring or test retakes are generally always accepted. There is a two-step approval process: conflicts go through both you and Dimino. Use your best judgment on which conflicts get referred to Dimino, and don't be afraid to be firm! They are ASKING you, not TELLING you.
