What is the Scene Breakdown?

Also called the Show Flow or sometimes French Scenes Breakdown, the scene breakdown goes through each scene in the show and breaks down the beats of characters involved, location, and what happens. Depending on how specific you get and your format, you may also include the props and costumes involved in each scene. This is for your use so whatever will help you out.

For my show, I printed out the Guys and Dolls show flow on cardstock and it had checkmarks - we posted it on the callboard and we had little pushpins that we moved along as we worked on the scenes to show if they were started, blocked, or worked.
