The Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale is a criterion referenced instrument that assesses Interaction-Attachment, Pragmatics, Gesture, Play, Language Comprehension, and Language Expression.
This assessment is designed to gather date on a child's preverbal and verbal behaviors via observation, direct elicitation and parent report, for children up to 36 months.
Subtests gather data on a child's verbal language comprehension and expression, use of gestural communication, social language, language use in imaginative play . Each domain is tested at three month intervals and includes a parent report questionnaire available in both English and Spanish.
