Hidden Worlds

In the Metroid series, there are plenty of hidden worlds and areas you can choose to explore. In the original NES game, there's a certain example for one of these worlds. Go to Ridley's Hideout where you found one of the Energy Tanks. Shoot the door and then stand in it's spot and wait for the door to close onto you. Go up and down constantly and press A. repeat until you get to a door on the left. Take it.
