Welcome St John the Baptist Family!
Welcome to our Youth Faith Formation program!
Youth faith formation classes educate the children of our parish from Pre-K to High Schoolers. We aim to support their faith formation as spiritual, moral, and discerning persons. The ultimate goal of catechesis is not simply to catch children up on their sacraments but to form adults who are fully prepared to lead a life of discipleship in Christ.
All classes are on Wednesday nights from 7-8 pm.
Because of the size constraints of our building and the number of students in attendance, we must alternate weekly between in-person classes and at-home classes for our Elementary (Pre-K4 to 5th grade) and Middle/High schoolers (6th grade to 12th grade).

1st Reconciliation
Students participating in our 2nd-grade youth faith formation classes are prepared to receive this sacrament at the end of the spring semester. Completing the second-grade faith formation year is also the first step in preparing for the sacrament of first Holy Communion.
