Our Client, M/s ABC based out of Orissa is engaged in the mining of Iron Ore and Manganese. M/s ABC has been allocated 129 Ha. and is looking for an investor to invest 200 Crores towards  extraction of the minerals. As per the mining plan, the quantity of Iron Ore that could be extracted is 24 lakhs M.T. per year and the quantity of Manganese is 1.8 lakhs M.T. per year. The mineral cost as per the geological report is estimated at around 37000 Crores.

Our Client is looking for a Joint Venture with profit sharing in the ratio 49:51 wherein, the investor would be entitled to 49% profits, whereas the ABC shall be entitled towards 51% profits.
