MOQ contract : 1000 MT x 12 months

Procedure:-

1. Buyer issues LOI

2. Seller issues FCO

3. Buyer signs the FCO and returns with ICPO

4. Seller issue SPA and both buyer and seller signs after mutual agreement.

5. Seller issues invoice. Buyer signs and sends back along with LC verbiage signed and stamped

By buyer’s bank officer.

6. On receipt approval of the verbiage, buyer’s bank sends RWA to seller’s nominated bank via swift MT799 regarding DLC issuance readiness by swift MT 700

7. Seller shares past performance and the personalized photo and video with buyer’s code.

8. Nominated bank with 72 working hours after receiving MT 799 send swift MT 799 to buyer’s bank indicating that they are ready to accept the DLC via swift MT 700.

9. Within 72 hours of receiving the swift MT799 from seller’s bank, buyer’s bank send non-operative DLC by swift MT 700 to seller’s designated bank valid for a period of 90 days.

10. Within 72 hours of authentication and confirmation of buyer’s DLC by swift MT 700, seller’s bank will issue PB 2% to buyer’s bank to activate the DLC.

11. Delivery begins as per SPA terms until the end of the contract
