Elina Svitolina: An Inspiration To Aspiring Tennis Players Everywhere

Svitolina's breakthrough year came in 2014 when she reached her first WTA final at the BGL Luxembourg Open. She defeated former World No. 1, Ana Ivanovic, losing to Andrea Petkovic en route to the final. Later that year, Svitolina reached her second WTA final at the Qatar Open but lost to Simona Halep.
