Pre-Service Sea Teachers is a type of coordinated work effort among SEAMEO areas to improve the quality of education in Southeast Asia. Through practicums at schools in different Southeast Asian nations, the SEA-Teacher project seeks to give pre-service student teachers from Southeast Asian colleges the chance to obtain teaching experience. Through this program, student instructors can enhance their pedagogy and teaching abilities, gain more fluency in English, and expand their perspectives on the local and global levels. Additionally, Pre-Service Sea Teachers are exposed to a range of teaching and learning situations, which promotes adaptation and flexibility while dealing with various learning circumstances.
