ACADEMIC SUPPORT SYSTEM

I observed a Kindegarten 2 class at the Laboratory School, College of Teacher Education. Additionally, I observed preschool students in a childminding class on several occasions. These observations took place over two days during active teaching and learning hours. The Kindergarten 2 class has a total of 25 students, while the Childminding class has 8 students.

The Laboratory School that im observed provides sufficient educational support facilities. Currently, the classrooms being used for learning activities are temporary spaces, as the official Laboratory School classrooms are still undergoing repairs following the severe earthquake that struck the Philippines in 2022. The facilities in these temporary rooms are well-equipped to aid the learning process. Each classroom features a TV, a whiteboard, eight student desks, lot of chairs, three fans, a fire prevention system, speaker, and child-friendly decorations.
