Every year between January and March, UNEP prepares the SDGs under UNEP custodianship for the UN wide SDG database - this includes creating regional and global aggregations of the data. UNEP also drafts text and provides graphics for the Secretary General's report to the High Level Political Forum. UNEP also contributes to the global SDG Progress chart. The inputs for these reports is prepared in coordination with the UNEP staff involved in each indicator. The UN Statistics Division coordinates these reports and asks for UNEP input on an annual basis. This data is also the basis for internal UNEP reporting on the SDGs, including for the Measuring Progress reports.
The aggregation methods used for the database can be found here. An overview of UNEP's approach to using both official data and global monitoring to better monitor and report on the environmental SDG was published in a Campbell, et al. article in Statistical Journal of the International Association of Official Statistics.

The World Environment Situation Room is UNEP's platform for data visualization. The SDG and Environment Statistics Unit manage the Environment Live Database which provides the underlying data for the WESR. This database includes the SDG indicators. All data in the Environment Live Global Database can be downloaded from the Data Downloader on the WESR.
This has included the design and production of national SDG scorecards which are the starting point for the Common Country Analysis (CCA) and Voluntary National Review (VNR) support that UNEP provides to countries. The national SDG scorecards include up to date information on how countries are faring in terms of achieving the environment-related SDG indicators - with visualizations for each indicator.
The SDG and Environment Statistics Unit works to ensure that visualization of the SDG data across the site.
