2026 Spring practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
Spring ends Sunday 5/3. Sign up for Summer today!
8U Team (Ages 6-8)
Mondays and Wednesdays at Montgomery Middle School (in El Cajon) from 5:45-7:00 pm
Saturdays at Montgomery MS 9- 10 am
No practice over Spring Break: 3/30 - 4/5

*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.

Tournament game times and locations are listed below as soon as they become available. Emails are sent to invited athletes for each tournament (make sure to return the RSVP form at the beginning of each session to be considered!). Please wait to register until you are placed on a roster. Times listed are game start times, please arrive 45 minutes early.
