2026 Spring practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.

Mondays and Wednesdays at Montgomery Middle School (in El Cajon) from 6:00-8:00 pm
Saturdays at Montgomery Middle School 9- 11 am
No practice over Spring Break: 3/30 - 4/5
