2026 Winter practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 1 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.

12U Team (Ages 11 & 12)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at Grossmont HS from
6:00-8:00 pm (Once our other pool becomes available, we plan to have an earlier time slot.)
Saturdays from 8:30-10:30 at Grossmont HS

*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.

Emails are sent to invited athletes for each tournament (make sure to return the RSVP form at the beginning of each session to be considered!). Please wait to register until you are placed on a roster. Times listed are game start times, please arrive 45 minutes early.
