2025/26 Winter practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 1 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
11/17 - 2/7
12U Team (Ages 11 & 12)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at Grossmont HS from
6:15-8 pm (Once our other pool becomes available, we plan to have an earlier time slot.)
Saturdays from 8:30-10:30 at Grossmont HS
No practices 11/26-30 and 12/22-1/4
*Schedule may change due to pool availability. Please be flexible. Thank you!
*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.
