2026 Fall practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
Additional Fee - USA WATER POLO - Bronze Level minimum - REQUIRED to play!

Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 pm at Santana HS
Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 pm at Grossmont HS
Fridays from 7-9pm at Grossmont HS
No practice Labor Day 9/7
