2026 Winter practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.

Mondays at Monte Vista HS from 6:15-8:15 pm
Wednesdays at Grossmont HS from 6:15-8:15 pm
Saturdays at Granite Hills HS from 9-11 am
