2026 Spring practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
2/16 - 5/10
18U Team (Ages 17 & 18)
Mondays at Monte Vista HS from 6:30-8:30 pm
Wednesdays at Grossmont HS from 7-9 pm
Saturdays at Granite Hills HS 9- 11 am
No practice over Spring Break: 3/30 - 4/5
*Schedule may change due to pool availability. Please be flexible. Thank you!
*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.
