2026 Winter practice schedule (8 weeks)
Swim and skills test will be on the athletes first day of practice - competition teams will be set by the coaches.

18U Teams
Mondays at West Hills HS from 6:30-8:30 pm; NOTE: Monday, 12/8 and 12/15 are at Vahalla from 6:30-8:30
Wednesdays at Santana HS from 6:30-8:30 pm
Saturdays at Monte Vista HS from 9:45 -11:45 am

*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.
