2026 Fall practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
Additional Fee - USA WATER POLO - Broze Level minimum - REQUIRED to play!

Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-7 pm at Grossmont HS
Fridays from 6-7:30 pm at Grossmont HS
No practice Labor Day 9/7
