2025/26 Winter practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 1 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.

12U Team (Ages 11 & 12)
Mondays at Grossmont HS 6:00-8:00 pm
Wednesdays at Monte Vista HS 6:15-8:15 pm
Saturdays at Grossmont HS 10am -12 pm
No practices 11/26-30 and 12/22-1/4

*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.
