2025/26 Winter practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 1 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.

10U Team (Ages 9 & 10)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at Grossmont HS
6:15-7:45 pm (Once our other pool becomes available, we plan to have an earlier time slot.)
No practices 11/26-30 and 12/22-1/4

*Competition team - Session fee does not include games or tournaments.
