2026 Fall practice schedule
Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping and tread water for 2 minute. Swim test on the athletes first day of practice.
Additional Fee - USA WATER POLO - Broze Level minimum - REQUIRED to play!

10U Team (Ages 9-10)
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7 pm at Grossmont HS
Saturdays from 8:15-9:30 am at Grossmont HS
No practice Labor Day 9/7

Emails are sent to invited athletes for each tournament (make sure to return the RSVP form at the beginning of each session to be considered!). Please wait to register until you are placed on a roster. Times listed are game start times, please arrive 45 minutes early.
