【口頭報告】インドネシアで三国間領域紛争と国際裁判について報告しました 

2026年9月17日，インドネシアのガジャ・マダ大学で開催されたIndonesia-Japan Community of Rising Experts in International Law 2026において，“Adjudicating a Tripartite Territorial Dispute in Bilateral Proceedings: Article 62 Intervention and the Monetary Gold Principle in the Sapodilla Cayes Dispute”と題する報告を行いました。

本報告では，ベリーズ，ホンジュラス，グアテマラが同じ島々の主権を主張するサポディーラ・ケイズ紛争を素材に，二国間の裁判手続で三国間の領域紛争をどこまで解決できるかを検討しました。特に，国際司法裁判所規程62条に基づく訴訟参加と，第三国の同意に関わるMonetary Gold原則との関係に注目して議論しました。

第三国の権原を判断せずに当事国の請求を退ける可能性や，並行する訴訟で先行判断を活用する条件を検討することで，国家の同意を尊重しながら，複数国の権利が交錯する紛争を解決するための道筋を示すことを目指しています。
