Communication

Communication between teachers and parents is of the highest priority in our program. Teachers are available to schedule before and after program times and available via Brightwheel during the week for communication. Please let us know what your needs are. (Important Note: Although teachers will be available for check-ins/discussions after class, you are responsible for your child once the program ends unless you have made arrangements for another parent to pick up your child.)

PROGRAM CONCERNS

We encourage all participants and carers/parents to give us regular feedback about their experience and also to talk to us about anything that is causing consternation. Feedback and concerns can be expressed verbally, in person or by telephone, or in writing by email or through Brightwheel. We will always endeavor to be as open, honest and as straightforward as possible with carers/parents with regard to any issue; maintaining a two way flow of information can lead to resolutions before problems arise or escalate. All communications regarding formal feedback or concerns will be logged and records kept. If you have an issue about the program, the curriculum, the teachers or any other more serious topic, please contact Jax. It is important that issues of this nature are addressed at the highest level so that changes and adjustments can be made and communicated throughout the organization.
