PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THE WAIT LIST FOR THE 25-26 ACADEMIC YEAR. WE WILL ALREADY BE TURNING FOLKS AWAY.
Please do not join the waitlist for our elementary group. We are unable to serve all of the interested families on campus and do not have the capacity for new enrollments.
The waiting list for the fall of 2025-2026 is pretty lengthy. If you're on the list and can be removed, please let us know.
This form below will add your child to the wait list for the academic year, whether for this fall or for future years. Please do not join the wait list for summer camps. If you are interested in summer camps for 2025, please join the email list here. Summer camps are offered to those currently enrolled first, returning campers and fall enrollments second and if space permits, the rest of the community. Invoices for summer camps go out in batches throughout late spring and deposits are due upon receipt of invoice.

For all of you on the list, I ask if you'll please let me know if you'd like to stay on the list or if you're all set and have since found your program. For those of you near the top of the list, I'm saying there's a chance: We live in a very transient area-- new jobs, new homes, relocation-- A lot can happen between now and September. I'll be sure to keep you all updated on changes and chances.
Side note: Tours are typically given for families during the school day in February and March as they become the next to come off of the wait list-- a chance to see Saplings in action. If you are in the top ten, please don't hesitate to reach out for a tour during another time of the year.

Columns read: Full Wait List Number, E for Eligible (of age), Eligible Number, and Student ID.
As children become of age, the eligibility numbers change. Siblings of enrolled students get dibs before children on the wait list.
Student ID: First initial, last initial, MM DD of birth date. If you notice a ? for a first name initial, it's because a parent's first name was put into the form. If you notice a ? for a last name initial, it's because a last name wasn't provided and the parents have two different last names.
