If you'd like to receive alerts about upcoming camps and when camps will be available to the public, please email maegen.adminassist@saplings.school to be added to the camp email list! If you've already attended a camp, you have a Brightwheel account; please make sure it's activated and receiving message notifications.
SUMMER CAMP 2026 DATES & RATES ARE POSTED.
CHECK OUT THE FLYERS BELOW!
THE SPECIAL LINK TO REQUEST CAMPS WILL
✔️GO OUT TO ENROLLED STUDENTS FIRST ON MARCH 14,
✔️ FORMER CAMPERS SECOND ON MARCH 21,
& POTENTIAL NEW CAMPERS THIRD IF THERE ARE OPENINGS.
(There were no openings, so the link was not shared. An email will go out with the link if space becomes available.)
MARK YOUR CALENDARS TO CHECK BRIGHTWHEEL FOR THE LINK.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY ATTACHED TO THE PROGRAM, YOU WILL NOT REGISTER VIA EMAIL; YOU WILL REGISTER THROUGH A LINK PROVIDED TO YOU.
CAMP AVAILABILITY WILL BE UPDATED FREQUENTLY BELOW.
The form is required for EACH CHILD. Please DO NOT use the form for multiple children. If you fill out a form for multiple children, it will be deleted.
We are following the timestamp on the form. For families with multiple children, we will go off of the first timestamp as long as those that follow are within the hour. Emails are not the equivalent to this form.
This form is not a sign up. It is a request. You should receive a confirmation email that you have completed this form. That is not a confirmation for camps. Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation message through Brightwheel with the dates you have acquired and an invoice for camps.
Once you have received the confirmation and the invoice, you have 48 hours to complete payment for a camp deposit to hold your spot. It's a $50 deposit PER CAMP WEEK for children enrolled at Saplings and their siblings. If your account has a balance, whatever payment is received will be applied to balances before it is applied to camps.
Camp deposits are refundable until May 1. If you need to remove a camp from your schedule and plan to be refunded, please send a Brightwheel message before May 1.
Please keep track of your dates. Yes, we will have your dates recorded and will be available for questions, but we aren't keeping track of your summer calendar for you.
There are no camps at all the weeks of June 22 and August 24.
There are travel weeks all weeks except for the week of June 29. These are for specific age groups. Do not sign up for a camp that your child isn't of age to attend.
There are no onsite camps the week of August 17; only a travel camp for ages 6-9.
Please do not sign up a child who is under the age of 3 during camps. Children must be between the ages of 3-12.
