I developed, delivered, managed, and consulted for technology throughout my career of 13 years. I started working with the Reliance Games Pvt Ltd, Pune in Mobile Gaming on the technical side. After delivering more than ten games in 3 years, got the opportunity to work with EA Games (India) Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India. My tenure at EA was equally exciting where I could work with the Core Technology Team to deliver the technical solutions and support to Development teams spread throughout the world.

Remaining six years were at the managerial positions which expected to focus on business demands. Specifically, my tenures with the startups were very enriching. I could understand the challenges of driving business from close. At the same, developing the user-focused product was the learning. Apart from products, I was involved in the services projects. I could understand how clients expectations drive the business. I worked for SAP Services and SAP Labs to deliver the prestigious clients like ANZ Bank during this spell.

In my third part of the career, focus was on enhancing the productivity of the non-profits and public systems using the technology solutions. I could develop a technology product for managing a large scale program. In addition to this, I focused on end-to-end automated data processing and data driving decision making. I could introduce the latest data visualization tools like Tableau in non-profit organisations and for interpreting the government-run programs.
