BILIRAN - As part of its continuous efforts to provide agricultural support to its farmer beneficiaries, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 8 through the Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program Phase 2 delivered additional agricultural inputs to different FY 2023 farmer group beneficiaries on January 11, 2024 in Biliran province. 

BILIRAN - To further educate farmers on agricultural development, the Department of Agriculture - Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program Phase 2 presided over Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in the province of Biliran, this February 2024.
