PASTRANA, LEYTE - During a routine monitoring of the SAAD Program Phase 2 with beneficiaries, the Barangay Aringit Farmers Association (BAFA) of Pastrana, Leyte, emphasized the importance of proper farming technologies and management for higher crop yields. 

TANAUAN, LEYTE - “For FY 2025, the SAAD Program will intensify its support to its assisted farmers associations through the provision of additional inputs, conduct of capability building sessions, and consistent monitoring activities,” says Dr. Gabrel R. Banga, Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Action Officer, as he examines the targets and commitments under the program this year.
