MAPANAS, NORTHERN SAMAR - Twenty members of the Magtaon Farmers Association in Brgy. Magtaon recently participated in a values formation and leadership training organized by the Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program in Mapanas, Northern Samar.
