The most peaceful soil
Exapansive, often green, and sometimes in bloom, this is a place of unity. The gathering valley is a place where territorial rootlings find themselves pacified. A piece of land on which humans cannot set foot. For centuries it has been used as a meeting place by rootlings and Elden Roots alike.
Teleportation
Across the world are many temples scattered throughout every biome. Here in the gathering valley sits one large temple with many doors. No matter which temple a rootling enters they may use the portal door to be transported instantly to the gathering valley's temple.
Counsel
Rootlings may seek to discuss important matters with their friends. Perhaps the forming or challenging of a clan? Or the tragedy of a rootling having been slain? The gathering valley be used to create strategies, battle plans, peace agreements, or simply to visit a friend who lives far away.
Moon Dance
this event takes place during real life full moons
As the world turns, the celestial plains sashay. About once a month the moons around earth are full in the sky. During this event rootlings may talk to friends and loved ones who have ascended. From the moons to earth each rootling may blink their lumesse flames upward to their own sky, and see the other's flames blinking from the planet afar. On the outside it appears a flicker of light, whilst within the mind perhaps words are being shared?
