HW Due Friday August 21 - Do a basic Google search for "self-portraits 18th century," "self-portraits 19th century," or "self-portraits 20th century." Or gain inspiration from the images you saw in the video. Add the image of the pre-21st century "selfie" (or self-portrait) you like the most to the Padlet linked on Teams Assignments. Include why you like this selfie, the title, artist/photographer, and year to your Padlet post. Also include your response to the following questions on your Padlet post: What do you learn about the artist/photographer from his or her selfie? What do you think the artist's/photographer's argument is in his or her image? *Remember that a selfie or self portrait means the artist/photographer captured themself in the painting/photo (if the artist/photographer is someone other than the subject of the piece, then it is not a selfie).
