DofE Award

We are very happy to assess you/your son's DofE award.

Please use rgshwgrowing @ gmail (without the spaces) as the assessor email.

However, be aware we don't receive any notification to complete the assessment unless you tell us and we can't see any of the data you have recorded.

So if you want us to assess you/your son:

1. Please tell us when you decide to put rowing as your DofE Physical. 

2. Check with us about your objectives - make them SMART (do-able)

3. Be aware that if you do them overt the October to March period then we may well be doing more land than water sessions, so goals that are erg & strength related are better.

4. When you are done, send us your DofE ID and any erg scores or outcomes that are relevant.

   • We know the website link so no need to advise us about that.

5. What happens after we complete them is also a big unknown, but we find that they "appear" a few days after we complete them.

Apologies if we are slow in completing the assessment, feel free to remind us, but often they come through just when we have quite a lot of racing admin.
