We use SPOND to publish sessions for training.

Weekday sessions are published on Saturday morning for the next week.  We put proposed sessions on the half term and you can see them but not access them, but they are only actionable when we publish them, they SHOULD be correct for. both times and location when published  We say SHOULD as weather and conditions do change, and we will change sessions to keep the boys safe.

Weekday invites MUST be accepted/declined by Sunday 5pm so we can see what transport pinch points we have.  

NOTE: From this year Sept 2024 we will have to say that late acceptances may not be accommodated, we will try but we will note who replied after that time.  We can set up a hard stop on invites but initially won't as if we have space then of course we want to use it.

Weekend sessions will be published around the Wednesday evening.  Its important for us to know numbers to plan sessions but we don't have transport issues as well.  Please reply by Thursday evening.

If things change, please tell us via SPOND - decline the sessions and we are grateful for an explanation, but be mindful others can see.

We also use SPOND to get availability for races.  Being available may not mean you are racing, that will be communicated separately.  Please see the page about races to understand that process.

Payments:  we put payments on SPOND for race and transport fees.  We add the stripe fee so we get the amount that we ask for. 

We may also charge for kit, camps or courses and events like BBQs on SPOND..

SPOND also offers a  Poll features, we may use to collect some information about availability.
