This is how trainers can open themselves up for model appointments using the Training staff profiles in Mangomint. Follow each step in order to make sure you’re setting it up right.
Go to Mangomint and click Calendar.
Pick the date you want to train.
Make sure there’s an open room at your location for the time you want to use.
If all rooms are booked, you’ll need to pick a different day or time.
Click Apps at the top.
Go to Staff Members.
Scroll down to find the trainer profiles:
Training 1, Training 2, Training 3, and Training 4.
Start with Training 1. Click into it and check Work Hours to make sure it’s not being used:
Look at the schedule for the next couple weeks.
If there are no open shifts- it’s safe to use.
If it is being used, move to the next available training profile until you find one that’s free.
Once you’ve chosen your training profile, select the correct location above the schedule.
Scroll to the date you want (e.g. Wednesday, June 18).
Click the date → Add Shift.
Set your training time (example: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Make sure you allow enough time for the number and length of services you’re doing.
Example: Two full legs (50 min each) + two full arms (45 min each) = 3:10 total. Round accordingly.
After you’ve added the shift, go to the middle column and click Services.
Scroll all the way down to Free Services.
Toggle OFF anything you’re not training in that day.
Toggle ON only the services you’re doing.
Adjust the duration of each service to what’s needed (e.g., Full Legs = 50 min, Full Arms = 45 min).
If you're doing multiple services (like 2 brows + 2 full faces + 2 legs), you’ll probably need to:
Use a second training profile (like Training 3) for the second shift.
Go back to Staff Members, select the next available trainer.
Add a new shift for a different time block (ex: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
Repeat the same process:
Select location.
Add shift.
Go to Services.
Toggle ON only the services for that time (ex: Brows, Full Face).
Set the correct service duration (e.g., Brows = 30 min, Full Face = 45 min).
We open multiple trainer profiles when needed so we can control which services get booked. If you open just one trainer for everything — brows, bikinis, legs, arms — clients will likely fill that time with quick services like brows and bikinis. That means you might not get the legs, arms, or backs you actually need for training (like rollers). Using separate trainers lets you dedicate time blocks to specific services, so you get exactly what you’re trying to practice.
Go back to the Calendar view.
Make sure:
All the time blocks you created are showing up.
The correct services are tied to each shift.
Each shift is only offering the services you intended.
Go to:
rewaxation.com/tx or rewaxation.com/ca
Click Book Now.
Choose your location and scroll to Free Services.
Make sure all the right services are showing for the date and time you just set.
