Hi, thank you for reaching out! Have you been waxed before? If so, I’d definitely recommend trying sugaring. It’s done with a sugar paste instead of wax, and it’s a no-heat option that many clients love.
The results are the same, but the technique feels a little different and some people find it more sensitive. If you haven’t been waxed before, we suggest starting with wax and then giving sugar a try on your next visit to see which you prefer.

Tan Didn’t Take – Touch-Up Offer:
I’m so sorry to hear that. Sometimes if the skin is exposed to water too soon after a fresh tan, it can affect how the color sets. Would you like to come in for a complimentary touch-up?
Partial Refund + Explanation:
Hi Rene, this is Adrianna from reWAXation - we were just speaking. I talked to Sam and she’s also unsure why your tan didn’t stay unless there was something like lotion or another product on your skin beforehand or during the rinse. I’m sorry it didn’t turn out the way it should have. I went ahead and refunded half the service back to your card - you should see that show up within a week. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do, and hope to see you again soon!
For aftercare, try to avoid tight clothing, hot tubs or saunas, sex, exfoliating, and working out or sweating a lot for at least 24 hours. After 24–48 hours, you can start gently exfoliating the area 2–3 times per week and moisturizing daily with a light lotion or oil, like Vitamin E.

💡 Prep Tips for First Wax
Hi Sheila, this is Adrianna from reWAXation. I saw your profile notes and just wanted to check in. You don’t need to do much to prep, but we do recommend not trimming ahead of time — too short and the wax won’t grip. Ideal length is about half an inch, like a grain of rice. I also noticed you were booked for sugaring, but we usually suggest hard wax for first-timers since it can be more comfortable. If you'd like to switch to hard wax, let me know. Your waxer will go over aftercare, but feel free to ask anything!
