At COTS, our mission is to help those experiencing homelessness to find and keep housing. We want to help improve our clients' well-being and financial health. We envision a community where everyone has a place to call home.
This site is intended for use by COTS's clients and case managers. Here you will find resources to assist in the search for housing, employment and resources, along with a calendar of helpful events.
In addition to the resources provided here, the County of Sonoma offers 2-1-1, a comprehensive information and referral service for Sonoma County. 2-1-1 connects Sonoma County callers, website-users and texters with information about health and human services available to them.
We'll be working to expand this site and the available resources and guides. Each week, we'll be adding and updating the available lists and other resources.
Check back regularly to see an updated jobs list and a list of the affordable housing waitlist openings.
