I’m Prashant, an Experience Designer with over 20 years of experience—and an ongoing curiosity for how things work.

Over the years, I’ve worked with Design Sprints, Design Thinking, UX Research, UI Design, and Usability Testing, collaborating with consulting, services, and product teams across the globe. I’ve designed everything from complex enterprise applications to hands-on physical products for artists.

What excites me most is understanding people. Recently, I’ve been diving into Behavioral Economics to better understand how humans think, decide, and interact with products. I believe good design comes from informed decisions, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt and evolve.

I believe change is the only constant, adaptability is a skill, and good design comes from continuously learning, unlearning, and improving.
So yes—“a company should hire me for a change.” Still smiling when I say that.
