About the Project

For TradeIndia revamp project we conducted both, Formative and Summative Usability Tests after creating prototypes as well as after first version was live. Particiants were buyers and sellers registered on the TradeIndia. Recruitment was done internally within TradeIndia using our customer database.

My Role

My role was to mentor research team to conduct Usability Tests. Also help them with the templates for moderator guide, report, analysis sheet etc.

Outcome

Based on the recommendations provided by research team, I coordinated with Product Management and Technology department to ensure recommendations are incorporated in the sprints.

Amadeus Selling Platform – UK Rail Plus

About the project

Amadeus had designed a software for consultant in the UK to book railway tickets. Amadeus approached Human Factors International to conduct Usability Testing for the software and wanted a detail report on the findings and recommendations to improve its usability.

My role

I was a lead researcher for the project and conducted Usability Testing with 10 participants in London along with my colleague. We conducted Usability Tests in our research facility of London office. After Usability Testing, we analysed the findings and created report for Amadeus.
