How might we provide a quick glance of current status for telecom management so that they can meet KPIs and be more efficient in their role?
Various roles in the Telecom industry spend their precious time in digging and searching critical information while they should focus on solving problems occurred and achieving KPIs.
I was a leading a team of 3 UX designers and directed how the Focus Group should be conducted. I also helped prepare the material and moderated the Focus Group.
Following images show dashboards for various roles. Focus was to provide them the most critical information on the top. Dashboards was designed to give them the quick glance of current status and also take preventive measures.

Understanding: We started by understanding from client as much as possible about the business and conducted desk research on their roles and responsibilities
Focus Group: We conducted a Focus Group Workshop with all the users and I'm also provided quick sketches solutions in the same workshop
Finalize Design: After the workshop we finalised the designs. Our development team developed the solution.
Dashboards served as the most instrumental tool for all the roles and increased their productivity by 15% to 20%. Searching for critical information, looking for important reports, and chasing people for information was stopped. Overall, project was a huge success and proved how well designed dashboards increase productivity.
