About the project
NIIT has a Nguru solution for CBSE schools in India. This solution had taken a hit due to poor usability. Schools complained about the solution and how it is very difficult to use for kids as well and for teachers. NIIT decided to get to the root of the problem and redesign the solution.
My role
My role
I was a lead researcher and designer for the project. We conducted contextual inquiry sessions in 5 schools and made updates to our solution. There were new features added after the research. Contextual inquiry gave us an understanding of how communication takes place between teachers and kids about a particular subject. How digital classroom is actually conducted. We also came up with innovative solutions for teachers.

About the project
Tissue station and Research station were two legacy products MDAnderson used for Cancer Tissue scientists. Scientists used Tissue station to enter the cancer tissue details. Research station was a data hub of all the cancer tissues. It was tough for scientists to enter tissue data and use Tissue Station as a whole. Same was the case with Research station. MDAnderson had approached Accenture to redesign both the systems and to understand the systems, way of work, and context, we conducted Contextual Inquiry first.
