I conducted UX workshop for my UX team. There were participants from the other teams as well. The workshop had ice breaker games, presentations, exercises, design movie time, and design sprint.

The workshop plan included Fun activities, Talks, Presentations, Movie time, and also Design Sprints so that everyone understands how to conduct Design Sprints for their respective products after the workshop was over.

Outcome
The Design Workshop created a buzz and initiated a cultural change in the company. People understood the importance of Design Thinking and how to apply it practically on the product. There was a lot of learning from the workshop which ofcourse helped everyone to conduct Design Sprints on product more confidantly and overall perform better.
