I’m a Product and Experience Researcher and Designer with over 15 years of experience working across global product, service, and consultancy environments. Over time, I’ve grown into leadership roles, building, mentoring, and coaching Product Design (UI/UX) teams.

Beyond research and design, I’m deeply curious about Behavioral Economics and how human decision-making influences product experiences and business results.
