If a code yellow is issued, all visitors must proceed immediately to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly point and remain there until the code yellow is lifted or until rescue teams arrive following facility destruction. If Quantum Security Operations (QSO) personnel are not present, visitors are advised to head to the nearest blast shelter.
If a code red is issued, all administrative and corporate personnel must evacuate promptly to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly point. They should not return unless a successful shutdown has been executed, and a comprehensive reactor diagnosis confirms the stabilization of the Dark Matter Reactor. If the shutdown attempt fails, administrative and corporate personnel must remain in their current evacuation zone until rescue teams arrive to escort them off the facility grounds. In the absence of QSO presence, all corporate and administrative personnel are to evacuate to the nearest blast shelter.
If a code red is issued, all scientific personnel must evacuate immediately to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly point and refrain from returning unless a successful shutdown and reactor stabilization are confirmed. Before evacuating, qualified Epsilon-8 Research Team members must secure Epsilon-8 data, ensuring the hard drive is taken to the Topside Tartarus Zone and uploaded to the offsite data center via the McCarthy Diode. If the shutdown attempt fails, all scientific personnel must remain in their current evacuation zone until rescue teams arrive to escort them off the facility grounds. If no QSO is present, scientific personnel should evacuate to the nearest blast shelter, ensuring the Epsilon-8 data is brought to the shelter and uploaded to the offsite data center after the blast.
If a code red is issued, all grid operators must ensure the primary and auxiliary grids are operational, activate the diesel generators, and if possible synchronize Foxtrot-9 to the grid before evacuating to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly Point. Pump Station Alpha operators must confirm full operational status before heading to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly point. All other maintenance personnel should evacuate to the Topside Tartarus Zone Emergency Assembly point immediately upon code red being issued. If no QSO is available, they should evacuate to the nearest blast shelter. In the event of a Phase 1 Shutdown failure, maintenance personnel should remain in their current evacuation zone until rescue teams arrive. Qualified maintenance personnel are authorized to attempt a Phase 2 Shutdown, but it is neither required nor recommended.
During a thermal runaway situation, Reactor Operations Personnel must first attempt to engage the shutdown system before evacuating the facility. Attempting to flee without engaging the shutdown system is subject to termination. Upon a successful shutdown, all reactor operations personnel must remain in the control room and follow all security personnel's instructions. In the event of shutdown failure, the reactor operations team should evacuate to the nearest evacuation point. They are also authorized to attempt a Phase 2 Shutdown, but it is not mandatory nor recommended.
If a code red is issued, the Quantum Security Operations (QSO) team must immediately secure both Tartarus control rooms and protect administrative personnel. One operative should remain in the control room to prevent sabotage of the Phase 1 Shutdown and early evacuation of Reactor Operations personnel. When a code black is issued, QSO is to lock down both Tartarus Control rooms and lower the Tartarus Elevator. Upon the issuance of code Omni, QSO should raise the last lift and close the Tartarus Seal after a 90-second delay. If only one operative is present, they should escort as many visitors and administrative personnel as possible to the Charlie-7 Blast Shelter.
Primary Evacuation Point - Topside Tartarus Zone:
The Topside Tartarus Zone is designated as the primary evacuation point for all personnel and visitors. This choice is based on the safety, speed, and simplicity of evacuation, as long as the Tartarus Seal remains closed during detonation. However, it is important to note that the Tartarus Seal is manually operated. In the absence of Quantum Security Operations (QSO) personnel, all personnel are to evacuate to any other designated evacuation zones.
Secondary Evacuation Point - Charlie-7 Blast Shelter:
The Charlie-7 Blast Shelter serves as the primary blast shelter, positioned above Tartarus Seal 02, providing enhanced shielding from the potential obliteration of the Dark Matter Reactor. It also offers the advantage of being closer to the surface, making it easier to locate and evacuate to. While primarily intended for all visitors, scientific, corporate, or administrative personnel, maintenance and Reactor Operations personnel are authorized to seek refuge in this shelter if they can reach it.
Tertiary Evacuation Point - Sublevel-1 Blast Shelter:
The Sublevel-1 Blast Shelter is designated as a last resort option for individuals who do not have sufficient time to reach any other evacuation zone. It is the closest shelter to the Dark Matter Reactor, which makes it the least reliable option due to its proximity to potential hazards. However, it is important to note that the shelter is still functional and should not be considered defective.
