Between the launch of QSERF and mid-2020, a temporary "regen" zone was built outside of the map of QSERF. The idea was to temporarily teleport players into this box while the end-cutscenes were playing and the facility was being regenerated. By July 2020, the box was deleted as the Tartarus Zone became the de-facto teleport-to destination during cutscenes and facility regeneration. Users could get a glimpse of the T-Posing Shrek while the cutscene fades away and they are teleported to the Tartarus Zone.

If you put in the code for the Emergency Shutdown Sequence, there's around a 1 in 100 chance that it'll instantly fail, even if all requirements are met for success. Upon entering the correct Shutdown code, users in the immediate vicinity of the Shutdown Control Desk can experience the Shutdown button dematerializing, followed by a cartoonish-cover of Finger Eleven's Paralyzer. Everyone in the server, regardless of location, receives the ??? badge.
The chances of this happening are completely random, meaning that there's no way to increase the possibility of this event occurring.
In v2.993, a small Peter Griffin could be found standing on the left side above the "Today's date is..." sign in the Dark Matter Reactor control room. A revamp would move him to Curie Park, where he's floating on the left side of the lake and in a T-pose position. The position, as well as quantity of Peter Griffin models, has changed constantly throughout the course of development.
A disgruntled, senior version of Mario can be found near Peter Griffin, sitting in a canoe run aground. He can also be found in the Foxtrot-9 Epsilon-8 cargo elevator.
