Create an account / log in as a complainant.
Fill in the complaint form with:
Your details (name, contact, address, PAN/Aadhaar)
Opposite party details (developer/agent name, RERA number if available)
Project details (name, location, RERA reg. no.)
Nature of complaint (delay in possession, deviation from approved plans, refund issues, misrepresentation, etc.)
Supporting facts and relief sought.
Upload documents:

Payment proofs

Correspondence with builder
Pay the prescribed fee:
₹1,000 for general complaints (via online payment gateway).
Submit the complaint.
