Believed to be the protectors of the world, the World Guardians are some of the oldest living beings in existence. They are thought to be gods due to their longevity and powers. Little is known about the World Guardians as a whole except the fact that most of them arose after the world came into being, that they rarely make contact with mortal Pokemon, and that they were some of the few survivors of the Cataclysm.
