Being the home of the oldest empire in the world, the Domina Archipelago is a particularly famous place. The enduring Domina Imperium controls nearly all of the hundred or so islands dotting the region, although only a handful of them are populated. The most notable thing about the region is the continued use of ancient technology which, despite being used all over Statera, is not very well understood elsewhere. It's also notable for its various pirate groups that operate out of the southern islands to attack ships in the eastern ocean.

Domina is controlled primarily by its mighty empire, the Dominan Kingdom, better known as the Dominan Imperium. This state is a remnant of a precursor nation that once controlled the entire eastern sea. When the Cataclysm occurred, a fair share of its population escaped into underground bunkers where they lived for many generations. For this reason, its government endured and society in the Archipelago is remarkably similar to pre-Cataclysm times (albeit with much less advanced technology).
Domina is a very militaristic country bent on its own self-defense. Every one of its citizens has to serve a tour of duty, with very few exceptions.
