Nike "Domina" Victini

A very old Victini who once was an empress of an ancient nation, the Dominan Imperium. This nation fell during the great cataclysm when it expended all its resources trying to halt the destruction, but she and some of her subjects survived by going underground until the Cataclysm was finally ended. She gave up her throne shortly after. She decided to archive the history of her nation after it fell and left its remnants in the hands of a royal family of her favored species, the Delphoxes, and gave them a blessing of tremendous divine power to do so. In her quest of archival, she's come to believe that if the memory of her nation is preserved, regardless of circumstances, then her nation will have truly emerged victorious above all others.

Although once she exclusively archived the history of her nation, she now serves as a grand historian for the entire world, keeping records of events before and after the Cataclysm in her ancient temple (which once was her palace). Very few Pokemon are allowed to access this archive, as it also contains many secrets of the precursors. She has used this archive time and again to predict potential disasters and avert them which has saved her fallen kingdom on multiple occasions.

It's known that she had three mighty dragons serving her before the Cataclysm, all of whom went into hiding when the disaster hit. It is rumored that two of the dragons now slumber beneath Nike's temple, and are willing to read the fate of those Pokemon who they judge worthy. Nike serves as their keeper and guardian.
