To fix the camera, go into Pac-Village, walk to the gate near the exit and press the Camera shoulder buttons, This fixes the camera until it gets screwed up again.
When Pac-Man butt bounces, his hitbox grows allowing you to bounce on the edge of geometry instead of ledge grabbing.
Rev-Roll Boosted Jumps, or Rev-Jumps for short, are a form of movement in which Pac-Man has extra vertical height due to a coding oversight in Pac-Man's momentum. To perform a Rev-Jump, you need to start a Rev-roll, then let go of the Rev-roll button then press the jump button on a slopped surface, the window for this will depend how close you are to the end of the slopped surface.
A Wall Rev-Roll is when you use the games geometry to exploit the game into thinking you are Rev-Rolling up a slope instead of hitting the wall. To perform a Wall Rev-Roll you need to have an applicable wall. This works on most walls sloped upwards, but there are exceptions. You need to hold your analog stick towards the wall you want to roll up. With the right angle you should see Pac-Man start rolling up the wall.
When Pac-Man walks off an edge, he has 8 frames to get a short mid air jump. This allows Pac-Man to recover when sliding/falling off a ledge.
Terrain Boosted Rev-Rolls, or Terrain Boosting for short, is a technique that allows Pac-Man to gain extra distance and or height after hitting a piece of terrain in the Rev-roll state. This is applicable in many different places throughout the game. You can manipulate pillars and other geometry to change the direction of your Rev-roll.
Uber B-Doing Glitch or UBG for short, is a glitch that is only possible on PC, Xbox and Emulator. The game lags as Pac-Man is butt bouncing on an edge of a B-Doing making the game thinks he hit it multiple times and shoots him twice as high into the air.
This is very consistent on PC because lag is extremely common. This is done by pausing right before you butt-bounce on the B-Doing or by changing the Refresh Rate in the Graphics Settings which makes this glitch more consistent and not require pause lag.
To perform this on Xbox, Pac-Man has to be standing on a B-Doing while facing the camera at an area that causes lag.
Emulators such as Dolphin can also perform this tech, but only by force lagging the game engine with specific Emulator settings.
By hitting off level geometry with the Chrome Ball, you can bounce around places and get slightly extra height.
An Ice Boosted Rev-Roll is a Rev-Roll that gains extra momentum from starting on an ice plain. If you do a Rev-Jump while in this state you keep both Rev-Roll momentum and Rev-Jump height. Although it is optimal, this is almost frame perfect.
Mine Boosting is a tech thats only used in two levels, Scuba Duba and Shark Attack. This is accomplished by taking damage and hitting another explosion to get pushed forward by the expanding hitbox. These are somewhat precise and can only be done if you hit the corners of an explosion hitbox. It's possible to do this off of missiles but it's much more precise.
Setups can be seen for each level here: Scuba Duba | Shark Attack
Ghost Damage Boosting is a mechanic in which the game pushes Pac-Man away from a ghost's hitbox to avoid taking excess damage. This gives Pac-Man a small momentum boost in the opposite direction of the damage taken.
Wall Clipping is a glitch that allows Pac-Man to bypass invisible walls on slopped surfaces. This is done by walking towards the wall and flicking the analog stick in the opposite direction.
