If you skip the final cutscene fast, Pac-Man is forced to wait for the top black bars to go away for 6 seconds. By using an 8 Frame Jump, you can skip this by jumping to the Level Complete trigger.

Invisible Wall Clip:

Using the wall clip tech, Pac-Man can clip through the giant invisible wall surrounding the end of the level.
